Service
Service
As America's oldest Jesuit university, Georgetown constantly encourages students to be men and women for others. In striving to be True Gentlemen, we take this message to heart and place an emphasis on service.
Our philanthropy efforts have expanded an incredible amount since our chartering. We make sizable contributions to organizations including Relay for Life, the Wounded Warrior Project, and others as well as engage in many smaller service projects every year in the local community. We delivery meals and groceries through Food and Friends, participate in Wreaths Across America, and partner with other student groups through Georgetown's Center for Social Justice to make a positive impact in the DC area.
